SAFE AS HOUSES

WE'RE ON OUR SECOND TERM WITH A FIXED BOND AT NATIONWIDE. THEY OFFER A DECENT RATE AND SOLID SECURITY. WE KNOW OUR MONEY IS SECURE. SO WE GET NO RISK, AND CERTAINTY. THAT FOR US IS A GOOD MIX. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018

POOR BRANCH NETWORK

RBS ARE CLOSING LOCAL BRANCHES. IN OUR AREA THREE HAVE CLOSED IN RECENT MONTHS. THAT HAS RESULTED IN HUGE QUEUES AT THE NEAREST REMAINING BRANCH TO US. RBS CLEARLY HAS NO IDEA HOW MUCH DAMAGE THIS IS DOING TO ITS ALREADY THREADBARE REPUTATION - THEY SHOULD BE EXPANDING SERVICE TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES, NOT REDUCING IT. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017

TERRIBLE SET UP PROCESS

PROVED TO BE VERY DIFFICULT TO SET AN ACCOUNT UP. DONE ON LINE AND BY POST THERE WAS CLEARLY A COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY. MISTAKES, REPETITION, LOST INFORMATION. UTTERLY HOPELESS. Reviewed on: 4th April 2017
