Shambolic company with false promises

This company are nothing short of shambolic. Continuously lied to by mortgage staff, told I would be put in touch with a mortgage advisor within 48 hours, never received a call, was then told 5 days. Now day 9 and still no call back and on the verge of losing my dream home. Please do not do business with this company. Almost forgot to mention, their phone line doesn't even allow you to call them. You have to leave a voice mail and wait for them to contact you back. Absolute disgrace. Reviewed on: 19th October 2020
