Been with Lloyds for years and 10 year into a 25 year mortgage decided to move house. Although I purchased a portable mortgage that could be moved without change the guy in branch reset it back to 25years ! Unnoticed for a while (my fault entirely) when I contacted them I was told it was signed and nothing could be done. Thanks Lloyds.
