App is easy to use and communications are good. Chase consults on options for future changes - I don’t know any other bank that does this.

Pleasantly surprised by the increase in premium since other insurers have hiked their prices so much. Unfortunately had a claim last year, which was dealt with efficiently.

Investing is straightforward , the app makes it easy to track performance and there are regular updates on the macro economic climate.
