Have never had a reason to complain

have had a Smile bank account for over 10 years now and haven't ever had a reason to complain. I can use a Co-op bank to deposit cheques or cash and my banking is available 24/7 with the Smile App. Free £500 overdraft if I need it and Visa debit card that can be used anywhere. go on, give Smile a go!! Think about it.........................................!!

for an 18 year old the trusty old Barclaycard is the stuff of dreams.......................to a wordly 45 year old I still think back to the day that i took out that first bit of credit. Its a great way to up your credit score but this company will keep increasing that limit and you will keep taking it. If there was one thing I could say to my 18 year old self?? does what it says on the tin!

Cant fault this bank - online services are top class. it's all there at the touch of a button and if you really need to talk to someone you can go in to any co-operative bank. Have only had to contact the bank twice in about 14 years and the customer service was great - all sorted within a few minutes. you want a no-nonsense bank, with many online facilities, and a free overdraft then this is the one Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016
