They're reliable AND ethical

I've literally never had a problem with this bank, and I've been with them for some years now. They're 100% reliable, and they don't play games: they really do only invest in things I'm happy to support, and avoid lending to people I don't want to deal with. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Customer service from Triodos is excellent.

Customer service from Triodos is excellent. Every question I've had has been answered fully & quickly. But what I really value is their ethical standards - I can be confident that there are no back-room deals with fossil fuel companies, arms manufacturers or other distasteful people. I love the fact that my savings are helping

I love the fact that my savings are helping ethical groups & organisations AND paying me a decent interest as well. Customer service has been flawless, the bank's systems are easy to use & reliable, and they keep me informed about what they're doing. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Excellent service and high ethical standards

I've always found Triodos staff very helpful and the newsletters etc they send out are interesting and relevant. Knowing that the money they hold is being used well is an extra bonus and reassures me that the bank is a safe place to leave my money. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
