Best Banking Experience ever in 60yrs

Triodos treat their customers as people. Staff are friendly and helpful. Triodos invests money ethically rather than looking for the highest profit. Since 1982, when I first invested with them, they have never made an error unlike other banks I could name. Since 2017, I have also had a current account. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

I have been with Triodos since the early 1990s investing in ethical business then latterly opened a current account. The staff know me by name and are aware of the accounts I hold with them. I am not treated by rote, by a customer services person, as a number. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
