Prompt and friendly service

Having checked my position regarding a loan a few times over the past year, Zopa had cropped up every time with certainty of me being accepted at a reasonable interest rate. When I finally decided to go ahead, I was very impressed with the service provided. I am kept up-to-date with payments and can access my account online on their user-friendly website.
