Used to be a banking and saving customer too until cut upon cut made. Like the online messaging service over competitors, not so keen on remembering passkey number rather than password like others.

Once very attractive bank with great savings accounts, now just a dead duck like so many others. Shame because every little did help

Long time customer which once had numerous accounts. Nationwide is now dead in the water and only interested in rewarding new customers and not keeping old....good luck to them, I feel they'll need it especially with the cost of those terribly annoying constant adds!
