Took gadget cover as part of our main travel insurance with Insuratrip.com to cover our phones and ipads. Phone stolen and claiming was a nightmare which culminated with our main insurer stepping in as without them Gadget Cover had refused to offer a replacement.

After having mobile stolen whilst in Brazil at Olympics, claim had stalled out as this was covered under Gadgetcover insurance who continually dragged their feet to honour claim.
Fortunately Insuratrip stepped in and now we have a replacement phone !
Would definitely recommend Insuratrip but stay clear of Gadget Cover.

Had mobile stolen whilst at the Olympics in Rio and even though we had the additional insurance to cover the item we are still trying to get our money.
They do not respond to emails and we are still chasing payment even though our claim goes back to August last year!
