Amazing customer service

I have had my current account with yorkshire bank for May years now and couldn't be happier with it. I primarily do all of my bank related tasks via their banking app which is straightforward and easy to use. On the rare occasion I do have to visit my local branch I am always treated like a valued customer and any issues or questions I have are resolved quickly and properly. Ideal cover

I took out insurance for my phone with Geek Squad around a year a half ago and although I've only had to claim on it once in that time I felt safer knowing I had the insurance to fall back on should I need to. When I did have to make a claim I simply took my broken phone into my local car phone warehouse branch and paid the small excess fee and my phone was returned to me within a few days fully repaired to my satisfaction. Perfect for what we need.

When I decided to take out home insurance my first point of call was my local bank branch. I spoke to a lovely lady that explained everything about the insurance policy and we went through what level of cover I would need. Every detail was discussed and they took the time to explain everything to me without using jargon. Quick, easy, cheap. What more could you want?!

I found this website very simple to navigate. I managed to get what I was looking for quickly without having to roam around looking for suitable cover for my appliance. I am also extremely pleased with the price and found the terms and conditions of the appliance insurance easy to follow and understand.
