Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Great support bad result

My car was written off while parked outside my house. Admiral refused to pay out without deducting my excess as the driver refused to sight off his liability. Admiral did try to help bhut eventually told me the other insurer would pay out directly and to close the claim and discuss with them. This was grossly inaccurate and meant I never received my claim. I'm still considering filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Great service but ceased providing

I used to use them for bike insurance and when my bike was stolen, they were supportive through the whole process. Absolutely would recommend but they ceased providing their service. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Easy to understand and get protected
