Helpful, approachable and honestly life saving

At a point where my debts were spiralling out of control and I was being hounded by letters and calls from creditors, Payplan listened, didn't judge and allowed me to work out a solution that was best for me. Their advice was fair and constructive and in the subsequent years of my plan they have been understanding of any changes and always responded in a helpful way. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
