Review of the Wonga, Flexi Loan:

Quick and useful when you need instant cash.

A Wonga loan is reliable and fast, I find it faster than depositing money when I am at risk of going overdrawn, and much cheaper than missing a direct debit or fees for going overdrawn. Fast, reliable, flexible as you can do it anywhere. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016

Best bank I've been with. Fair and helpful.

I've been with several banks and always felt they were doing me a favour letting them keep my money from me. Any problems were a struggle. None of that has been true with Yorkshire, I've had problems like losing ATM/debit cards at times where it was very inconvenient and despite them saying a new one would take a week, it's taken a couple of days each time now. The problems I was going to have due to lack of a card I didn't even have to ask about, the staff were on it telling me before I asked. There have been a couple of times that I went overdrawn accidentally for a day or so, always the other banks leapt on this and sent me letters and charges were pretty savage for this, YB sent me a letter, no charge, no problems at all. I just realized writing this that apart from the great service there's another thing I like. Something missing that irritated me with other banks. Sales, they don't push you into buying anything at all, not once. I'd recommend Yorkshire Bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st December 2015
