Beware TUI exchange rates

Usually order Euros online and collect in store. But was told to order via a TUI store if I wanted 50 Euro notes - so I did. When I collected my currency I was told that they had not looked at my order until that morning and were too late to obtain 50 Euro notes. When I got home I saw that the rate received was about 5% lower than the online rate - for 400Euros cost £18 more - complete rip-off. Always buy travel currency from TUI online and collect in store.
