There appears to be a lot of confusion, amongst both customers and staff, as to what HBoS actually is and who the driving force is, is it Halifax is it Bank of Scotland or Lloyds. This leads to a huge amount of confusion with regards to products and contact details. A lot must improve immediately or a lot of custom will be lost.
