I switched my savings to Kroo when high street banks were unable to deliver a satisfactory interest rate. So far, I have found them easy to deal with and quick. I appreciate the monthly notifications for interest. Reviewed on: 7th June 2023

Review of the Barclays, Cash ISA:

Good interest rate

A good interest rate for a new ISA, however, this was not forthcoming from the bank despite having been a Barclays customer for 15+ years. Switching my ISA wasn't the easiest experience as Barclays held incorrect information regarding my name and address which had not been flagged prior - despite also operating business banking with them. Great app

Really great app for banking, I find this the easiest to use of the main banks that I use. HSBC have been very easy to set up with and I feel particularly safe using their app. The application for the account flagged issues with my information with another main bank, which I had not even realised, and was particularly helpful for monitoring my safety. Incredibly helpful

Incredibly helpful at resolving problems and entirely fuss free. Paypal are very up front in their terms and conditions and very east to contact in case of problems. The customer service is truly fantastic. Reviewed on: 7th June 2023
