Absolute rip off merchants - DO NOT USE.
I tried to invest in a company and my GBP was converted into EUR. The launch was cancelled and amd having mega trouble getting my money back. Seedrs want to charge huge fees rather than just refund me my GBP. They want 8 weeks to review so looks like I will be forced to wait and let the Financial Ombudsman to decide.
Either way their Customer Service is atrocious and arrogant. B
