The application via the PO is painful and archaic. Upon maturity I filled out an archaic form to not continue - it was not prcessed. I also was able to go on line to advise the same action despite this I received a letter saying were glad you are continuing. Finally after a lengthy phone call they refunded my matured investment - what a painful company deal with at your peril.
