First class customer service

I have been an American Express member for many years. Their customer service is outstanding. Real people to whom you can speak with rather than endless ‘options’ on the telephone none of which support your needs. Whilst many will think the fee is expensive I believe it is good value for the products provided. It is a pleasure dealing with Amex which cannot be said for many financial companies. Value for money

Brilliant company for share dealing and isa. Real value for money unlike Barclays. The only gripe I have is the three days to transfer funds out when the deal is settled. Three days in this day and age is a liberty. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022
