I had a great experience again today. Phoned and first spoke to someone who spoke good English and she was so very helpful. You get a passbook and not just a piece of paper. No online to deal with, great customer service in all ways. Keep this up and I will stay with you. You can go to a branch to see and talk to a person. A+ at Perton, they are so helpful and always help you. They given excellent service at all times, no matter how busy they are. Lorna was great as usual. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024
