They were very helpful when a family member, with a mortgage with them, suddenly lost his job, with a wife, baby and toddler to support. Their advice was invaluable at such a worrying time. The staff at the Darlington branch last week were helpful as were the staff on the phone last week. Reviewed on: 28th June 2024
