Helpful and easy process to set-up new accounts. Online use - awful re: finding birth year to sign-up. Lots of online accounts have better systems and calendars to find birthdate for sign up procedure. Please change this. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Very efficient and friendly staff. Chantel was excellent. Why is it necessary to go online to find branch opening times when the recorded message could include it.
