Service today was excellent but very disappointed that branch is closing on a Saturday as this is the only time change. Will now need to take a day off work if I need access to my SEVEN accounts. Reviewed on: 16th August 2024

Very disappointed to hear that Middlesbrough branch will no longer be open on a Saturday. This is really inconvenient for members who work full time and only have the option of financial transactions on a weekend. Reviewed on: 16th August 2024
