I phone (Oakham) branch at 9:15am and Chloe arranged an appointment for me same-day at the Stamford branch. I/we opened a new 2-year fixed rate bond. Paid in cheque. Product opened straightaway and I have my passbook. Reviewed on: 29th November 2023
