I like that the Melton has local branches, books for savings accounts, friendly and helpful staff, and a range of fixed rate savings accounts. I would be better if there were slightly more competitive rates of interest, and even more branches (open one in Peterborough). Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

It could be better if ISAs could be open online/through the post as you have good products, especially for existing customers. Going to a branch is very inconvenient and not environmentally friendly, encouraging people to travel. Would like to see an increase in rates, e.g. Jubilee saver since what happened in the Government. I think the product has backfired. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023
