My account was opened in a wrong name. I was therefore given a wrong account number (as this contains 3 letters of Surname) by phone and followed by passbook. They then realised mistake and changed account number but I was not informed and had already arranged a standing order. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024

Quick response on telephone and prompt action taken without delay. Also, on receiving documents, prompt instructions were given for how to access online account for banking. Reviewed on: 27th September 2024
