I was completing my tax return and spent sometime trying to locate the usual annual savings interest statement from the Society. It was only when I telephones for a copy that I learnt one had not been sent. Could you please send me a statement for the current tax year when available. Thanks. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

No online application available. The initial online password given by phone and email didn't work. No envelopes provided in postal application pack. Nominated account verification failed. No option to send PDF statement to verify nominated account. Reviewed on: 24th September 2024

I suggest more consideration given to use of more robust packaging for postal material as it has lots of damage and tape was used suggesting the lack of stability was known. Luckily the savings payment card was still inside. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
