Concerned that the adhesive isnt sticking on the envelopes, very good strong quality but the envelope with forms completely opens & the one with the passbook sealing by a corner needs a piece of sellotape to secure. Reviewed on: 31st August 2022

Very disappointed that I had to choose my new account , then I would have thought out of decency you would of backdated to when my application cheque was received, before I retired I was a building society manager for 22 yrs, customer service could be better. Reviewed on: 31st August 2022
