Time and care are needed to avoid losses

With time and care it is possible to achieve close to the advertised returns on CrowdProperty but the platform requires more care on behalf of the investor, to ensure proper diversification and to prevent over exposure to any single project, than other comparable platforms. The quality of loans is not high and overexposure to a bad loan can affect your overall return significantly. Also, the lack of a secondary market necessitates long-term commitment. An excellent alternative to conventional investments.

CapitalRise provides me with access to an alternative form of investment that complements my more conventional investments. Their selection of property backed loans has been excellent so far and my returns have been as advertised. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Simple banking with cryptocurrency options

Ziglu provides me with a no-frills banking experience with option to buy, sell and transfer (to other Ziglu account holders) crypto currencies. My experience so far has been good and the customer service team responded very quickly on the one occasion I have needed them. My only hesitation on recommending Ziglu is based upon my general reluctance to advise friends and family on financial matters. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022
