Good customer service and easy product

I got a career development loan from Co-op bank in 2012 when I started my masters course. It was very easy to fill in application form compared to other lenders and the decision was made quickly. I have phoned the customer services helpline on a few occasions and each time I have got through to the right person quickly and have been helped on the spot. Very happy with the service!
