Everything is in the title: like many insurances, they are positively amazing at taking your money every month. They even ask you every time to rate them for how good they are at taking your money.
The moment you need to claim for some damages though... all of a sudden you understand money was always meant to come into their pockets only, never to come out of them.
Basically useless.
