Great Bank , piss poor Scottish BIB online website and App.

Fantastic bank , been with them for many years. Used to have one of the best Business online systems , then rebranded as Virgin, employed some nursery school pupils to design a website . Is that true ? I presume so as no one out of the BIB team has the bottle to face current customers. Reasoning behind this , whilst being able to use mobile phones to play Hungry Caterpillar and design Virgins' website they as yet have not learned how to speak.( Way to difficult ) Hope someone High up that made the decision to create a new sub standard useless pile of cr-p BIB portal falls on his, her, it's sword.
