Too many branch closures

Despite being a customer for many, many years I cannot remember being asked to come into a branch for a review of how my money is working for me. Also, my branch closed and account transferred to a different branch, this branch also closed. My new branch is some distance away from. Best decision I ever made

When I started working for Glasgow City Council my colleague recommended the CU as a convenient way to save. That was over 30 years ago and my husband and both daughters all joined. Staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The new app makes the process much easier. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
