My e sign didn't work and the only way you can re sign once this happens is to receive the agreement by post? Which takes 5 working days... How can you not send documents by email now? Not only do you get no apology for their link not working and wasting your time the Staff have an I don't care attitude and now my item that was supposed to be here for Christmas won't be due to the old outdated procedures this company has. Will not use again....avoid! AVOID

Bamboo really helped me out as I struggled to get a loan elsewhere due to a low credit score. The application process was quick and easy and their website is very user friendly.
