Very efficient, professional and friendly service

I have had a few Fixed Rate Bond accounts with Aldermore Bank and I have always found all the staff each time I have wanted to call them very efficient, professional and friendly. The staff answer your calls quickly and are very helpful and knowledgable. Aldermore always keeps you updated with regards to your account(s). I have nothing but praise for Aldermore.
