Cover and price is excellent and I was amazed that the renewal quote wasn't extraordinarily expensive, as is the case normally. I have stayed with them for years.

It was easy to set up. Staff made an appointment for me at a convenient time. When I arrived at the appointment the member of staff put me at ease straight away, discussed my needs and talked me through the options.
