Not the most user-friendly insurance

The system of cancelling it turning off auto-renew is not great. It should be a simple system of checking it unchecking a box but instead they make you send them an email and await their reply. Having no option to simply claim back the money for repairs instead of sending the entire device away - I needed it for my diabetes care so this cover didn't work for me.
