Aviva car insurance policy change

When switching cars, it was really easy to move my policy over to my new vehicle and the customer service assistance was polite and patient on the phone when explaining the process. The policy premium, however, did increase substantially and there was a lack of information on what factors had caused the rise - there could certainly be more transparency in that respect. Getsafe - a new way

The good thing about Getsafe is you have all your dealings in an easy to use app. You can keep track of payments, check your claims and contact customer service on there. And they are very reasonable. My only complaint was that there limit for individual valuable items was fairly low, causing me not to renew, but I was happy with my customer service dealings when trying to work that out. Solid interest, easy to use

Chase has become my primary bank after opening an account a year ago. It's quick to offer interest rate increases & useful tools like automatic 5% interest on round-up savings are an added bonus. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
