By Miles is a great example of a company that is run by ordinary people who want to disrupt an often unfair industry with no alternatives - and have done it so well! I love that I don't pay unless I use my car, which is a city car for small and rare trips. I love the way the company is run, how they communicate with me and how easy it is to track your journeys. Genuinely happy to recommend them to friends and family. By Miles is a great example of technology disrupting markets that need to be fairer and more affordable for the consumer, especially in these economic times. Bravo!
