Some reward for 20 years of in store loyalty

Like many others, I have had my renewal for a Partnership card of over 20 years rejected by New Day. I have no mortgage, no debts, an excellent credit rating, a significant income, have always paid back in full. Moreover, John Lewis has always been my store of choice. Shame on them.
