Ever since NewDay took over it has been chaos.

Ever since NewDay took over it has been chaos. This happens frequently. I receive messages stating my bill was not paid on time, when it was.. All firms now have security and I do not find this problem with other providers. At the moment they have blocked my account, again. I always pay my account in full every month and have spent a lot of money with John Lewis. I do not think NewDay are the right firm to work with John Lewis. They are at the wrong end of the market. Their site is now 'unavailable'!

I have never dealt with a more useless company. Having failed miserably to download their app (they're asking for the expiry date of my card which I STILL haven't received and the temporary details do not include the expiry date). I tried to contact them and now the site is unavailable. All evening it has been saying 'System currently unavailable, please try again'. If my card ever does arrive I shall probably send it back. I don't choose to deal with inadequate companies. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2022
