Ended up in hospital in Tenerife, was able to make our flight with a 'Fit to fly' from Doctor.
We paid our expenses and started our travel insurance claim through AXA ...30 days and still no further, they keep saying they have not received any information from us, yet we have sent out everything they have asked for countless times.
Both Coverwise & AXA are diabolical, we just can't understand where we are going wrong with them!
