Time wasters for small business

Wanting to switch to paragon from an alternative factoring company due to price increase. Spent weeks with guidence from their regional financial director with many years experience in invoice factoring gathering financial information who came back to us saying that there is financially no reason not to accept us but its a no and that they dont have to give a reason why. There are many poor reviews on trust pilot however still went with them due to brokerage firm specialising in factoring recommending them. I should of trusted the poor reviews of the maby people who left them. So much man hours wasted for no reason. Reviewed on: 11th November 2022
