Impossible to get hold even for the simplest of transaction/ information just put on hold perpetually! If you apply for a mortgage with this company you will bitterly regret it! You have been warned! Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Impossible to contact

I wish I had read these reviews before being convinced by my mortgage broker to go with Platform. Impossible to contact them as they do not have online communication availability (still using fax machines!!) Reviewed on: 3rd January 2023
