Dreadful Customer Service . Long waits on phone then you don't get any where because THEY DON'T KNOW WHATS GONE WRONG, BUT THEY'RE VERY SORRY!!!

Terrible Customer service/ Waiting for hours on hold .
Trying to claim my late Brothers personal pension , have been stuck in limbo since October , all relevant paperwork has been sent in BUT NOTHING PAID OUT. Complaints fall on deaf ears you are not allowed to talk to Managers as they don't deal with customers.
If you expect to get your pension out DON'T PAY THIS COMPANY A PENNY YOU'LL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET IT OUT
