Incompetent

Lost my incident paperwork twice, got my address wrong and sent to different wrong addresses twice, only opened letters from 3rd party once i called them, massive delays, stroppy operators on occasion, and you are a ‘number’ as far no apology and an almost related ‘standardised letter’ even when they get things wrong and compensate. Unless they think they can get something out of it (like hoping you will have an injury that will earn them something) they are pretty disinterested in fighting your corner. Be warned........
