Handelsbanken prides itself on great customer service, yet your contact person moves around every quarter so what's the point. Then your services, pretty much receive 'computer says no' answers and they will become absolutely unhelpful as a bank when your business goes through turbulent times like in the pandemic. Seriously felt violated as a customer in how they handled my business.

All the way from setting up the account to using it on a regular basis, you can see what is happening in your account and track your spend. It is easy to tag expenses and view the various services from Tide. I only regret not moving my account earlier.
