Progressive innovator

Having switched into NatWest via the switching service, I have been pleasantly surprised at how well the bank has been run and also the spped at which they role out updates to the various systems used by customers, I.e. Mobile app, Web page design etc. The use of the various functions on the app allow me to do at least 95% of my banking needs so very happy with this. Overall, I feel NatWest has my interests at heart for my financial needs. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
