Unwilling to negotiate on price

Hi, I was looking for affordable car insurance as there appears to be a huge, sudden and unjustified increase in the prices. I was unable to access or accept my quote online and decided to ring instead with the intention of getting a discount on my original quote. However, despite explaining that the price continues to increase, even after a few days, there was no discount available and the operator refused to offer a reduction.
